ABOUT ME

My name is Phillip Aric Schwarzkopf, and I have been performing residential home inspections as a Florida licensed home inspector since 2015. I was born at McDill Air Force base in Tampa Bay and grew up in Clearwater, Pinellas County. I love what I do and feel very blessed and proud to call this place home, where we have two of the best beaches in the United States, St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach. 

I have been actively working in the general construction industry throughout Tampa Bay for over 30yrs. As a Florida native, growing up in these extreme weather conditions where the temperatures can reach over 100 degrees, has made me fully aware of the everyday harsh outdoor elements that can play a big roll on the life expectancy of your home. My past experience also includes obtaining a Florida Real Estate Appraiser License in 2006, which has contributed significantly to my success as a Home Inspector. With my background experience in construction and real estate appraising, I have a great advantage over my competition when it comes to performing comprehensive visual inspections that involve structural and mechanical systems. I have a trained eye that can quickly identify if there are possible issues and offer a logical solution or recommendation that could help save you money.
