This Florida home inspection business is independently owned and operated by the lead home inspector, Phillip "Aric" Schwarzkopf, who has been performing residential home inspections since 2015. He was originally born at the MacDill Air Force base in Tampa Bay, Florida, where he grew up in a nearby town known as Clearwater or Clearwater Beach. 

Aric has been actively working in the general construction industry throughout Tampa Bay for over 30 years. He has done just about everything from the ground level up, including structural foundation, floor installation (tile, ceramic, wood), drywall and ceiling texture, window and door replacement, roof repair, and specializes in full kitchen and bath installs and remodeling projects. As a Florida resident and home owner himself, he's fully aware of extreme outdoor weather conditions and harsh elements that can play a big role in the life expectancy of your home. But with a trained eye, he can quickly identify if there are possible issues and offer a logical solution or recommendation that could help save you money and peace of mind.
